The Aerials Booster Club exists to support youth athletics through responsible fundraising, volunteer leadership, and community involvement. We operate with a focus on transparency, stewardship, and long-term sustainability for the athletes and families we serve.
Mission & Purpose
Mission & Purpose
The mission of the Aerials Booster Club is to provide support for Colorado Aerials competitive gymnasts by helping offset eligible gymnastics-related expenses and enhancing athlete experiences throughout the season.
Through fundraising and volunteer efforts, the Booster Club works to:
Support training and equipment needs
Assist with competition and travel expenses
Strengthen athlete development and team experiences
Promote a sustainable program for future athletes
All activities are conducted in alignment with our nonprofit purpose and governing documents.
The Aerials Booster Club supports gymnasts participating in Colorado Aerials competitive programs, with a specific focus on athletes competing within the USA Gymnastics Women’s Development Program (WDP).
Our support is directed toward eligible competitive team athletes and related program needs. The Booster Club operates independently from gym management while working in coordination with the gym and coaching staff to support the overall success of the program.

The Aerials Booster Club operates under a member-led, board governance structure. Decisions related to budgeting, fundraising, policies, and major initiatives are reviewed by the Board of Directors and, when required, presented to the general membership for approval.
This approach ensures:
Responsible financial stewardship
Alignment with the Booster Club mission
Transparency and accountability to members
Compliance with nonprofit guidelines
The Board is committed to making decisions that serve the best interests of the athletes and the long-term health of the program.
